  1. Rural location, country lanes from Hallow with mostly grass verge - no path.

  2. Public transport is poor, a bus runs between Worcester & Tenbury along the A443 (Bus stop is in Hallow, one mile away).

  3. Nearest towns are Worcester, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Malvern, Tenbury.

  4. Entrance via a farm driveway with ample parking on either gravel, concrete slab or on grass verges.

  5. House is a former farmhouse on non-working farm, surrounded by fields, greenhouse and views over countryside.

  6. Large garden wraps around the house and can be used by guests. Picnic table and table & chairs are available.

  7. There is a pond at the front of the house and children should always be supervised by an adult.

  8. Front door reached by gravel & slab pathway then 2 small steps into the hallway.

  9. The ground floor is level with wooden floored hallway & carpeted dining room. 

  10. There are no ground floor toilets or bedrooms.

  11. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms with basin & wc; the 3rd & 4th bedrooms share a bathroom, with shower over bath, and is accessed by 3 steps down and 3 steps up.

  12. The stairs are wide with 15 steps then 3 steps to the first floor bedrooms with 1 handrail.

  13. Corridors are wide, have good colour contrast & are well lit.

  14. Colour TV (with Digital Freeview) & cordless kettles are provided in all rooms.

  15. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available in the dining room for guests to borrow.

  16. Breakfast sheets & safety notices can be printed in large print or read aloud on request.

  17. Mobile phone signal is available but can be variable/poor in some areas dependant on the service provider.

  18. WiFi is provided free and works in the bedrooms and dining room - access password is required.

  19. Pets are welcome and can be exercised in the enclosed garden (after closing the gate) or walked in the local nature reserve (1 mile).
